Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours. Any legitimate balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded; however, bonuses or funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time. To do so, contact our support team and the account will be closed following identity verification. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, users may also submit a self-exclusion request.
